Terms for services

These terms apply to fixed-fee services from iClipmedia. Your written quote or project agreement sets out the details of your project and takes priority where it says something different.

Scope and quote

Before work starts, you receive a written quote listing what we will build, the fee, the timeline and the number of revision rounds. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Payment

• Fees are invoiced in US dollars and paid by international bank transfer.
• Half the fee is due before work starts. The balance is due when you approve the final version.
• Any bank or transfer charges on your side are yours to cover.

Delivery

Final files and account access are handed over within 3–5 days of the balance clearing in our account.

Your materials

You confirm you have the rights to anything you send us to use, such as logos, photos, text and footage.

Ownership

Once the fee is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

AI tools

We use AI tools for parts of the work, including writing, design, code and video. Every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

What we don’t take on

We don’t build products that make medical or health claims, or work that could mislead buyers.

Cancellations

How cancellations and refunds work for your project is set out in your project agreement.
