This policy explains what iClipmedia collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, your budget range, an optional website or profile link, and your project details.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run your project. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to our email inbox. If we work together, project files may be stored in Google Drive.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If that changes, we’ll update this page first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and support.
